My Native Doctor® is a cash-based integrative medicine practice. All fees are listed here in full. Payment is required at the time of booking. You will always know the cost before you commit.

  • Cash-based practice

    We do not bill insurance directly. Payment is required at the time of booking. We accept all major credit and debit cards.

  • HSA and FSA accepted

    Health Savings Account and Flexible Spending Account funds are accepted for eligible services. A superbill is provided for potential out-of-network insurance reimbursement.

  • We do not accept Medicare or Medicaid

    My Native Doctor® does not participate in private or public insurance, including Medicare or Medicaid.

Cancellation policy

What to know before you book.

A credit card is required and kept on file for all bookings. Cancellation fees apply as follows.

  • More than 24 hours before your visit

    You may reschedule at no charge. Please reschedule through the patient portal or by contacting the practice directly.

  • Less than 24 hours before your visit

    A non-refundable late cancellation fee of $150 will be charged to the card on file.

  • Same-day cancellation

    The full visit fee will be charged to the card on file for same-day cancellations.

  • No-show / no contact

    The full visit fee will be charged to the card on file for no-shows and appointments with no prior contact.

Why we have this policy: Reserved appointment time cannot be offered to another patient without adequate notice. This policy respects the time of both our team and other patients who need care.

    All physician visits, health coaching, and Ayurveda-informed sessions are available in-person in Chicago or virtually for patients in Illinois, California, Maryland, and North Carolina.

  • In-person only

    Infrared Bed and Vibration Therapy sessions are available in-person only at the Chicago office. Group Visits (Tuesdays with MND) are currently in-person only.

  • Weight loss / GLP-1 support

    Weight management and GLP-1 medication support are available for patients in Illinois, Maryland, California, and North Carolina.

  • What we do not offer

    Immunizations are not offered. My Native Doctor® does not serve as a primary care physician. Emergency care is not available — call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department.
