Integrative Women's Health in Chicago and Online · My Native Doctor®
For the woman who keeps
functioning, even when her body
is quietly asking for help.
When your body starts speaking differently, it's worth listening.
Whether you're navigating perimenopause, menopause, postpartum recovery, burnout, chronic stress, or hormonal changes, our physician-led integrative approach helps you understand what's changing and how to support your health with confidence.
Women's health is more than hormonesHormones matter. But they are not the whole story.
A single lab result does not capture the full picture of how a woman feels, functions, and heals. At My Native Doctor®, we look at every system that intersects with a woman's wellbeing — not just the one that showed up in your last panel.
"We look at the whole woman — not just one lab value or one symptom."
Who this is forThis service may be a good fit if you are experiencing any of the following.

Perimenopause & MenopauseThese are not personality flaws.
They are biological transitions.
You are managing a lot. Your body is carrying it, too.
Changes in sleep, mood, energy, weight, focus, or hormones can affect every part of life—yet many women are told to simply push through.
WHAT WE LOOK AT DURING TRANSITION
Sleep disruption & circadian changes
Mood shifts & anxiety
Hot flashes & night sweats
Brain fog & cognitive changes
Weight & metabolic changes
Bone & muscle health
Cardiovascular health shifts
Sexual health & libido changes
Gut health & digestion
Identity & life-stage context
Midlife, Burnout & IdentityYou are not broken.
Most likely burnt out….
Common does not mean insignificant.
Whether you're experiencing fatigue, brain fog, sleep disruption, mood changes, or hormonal symptoms, we help you understand what's changing and build a personalized plan through physician-led integrative care.
