With more than 10 years of experience in the BPO industry, Marilyn brings deep expertise in patient scheduling, electronic health records, and healthcare customer service. At MND, she manages social media, oversees digital workflows, responds to patient inquiries, and ensures that forms and processes are handled efficiently and accurately.

Her ability to balance technical systems with compassionate communication is what allows My Native Doctor® to deliver care that is not only clinically strong, but seamlessly accessible from first contact.
