  • A 60-minute evaluation exploring medical history, lifestyle, emotional patterns, and goals.

    A new patient intake form is required before your initial visit to maximize our time together. Please ensure that all sections are accurately completed.

  • In our (MND) office space. Our wellness studio has 3 pods.

  • No. The practice is cash-based. Payment is required at booking. We operate a fee-for-service practice.

    You receive a superbill to seek out-of-network reimbursement. Many clients use HSA or FSA funds.

    We do not accept Medicare or Medicaid.

  • Yes, weight loss treatment, including the use of GLP-1 medication is available for patients who live in Illinois, Maryland, California and North Carolina.

  • No. They provide education and community support, but do not replace individual care.

  • No. We complement existing care, share findings, and coordinate when prescriptions or imaging are needed.

  • No. We operate fee-for-service. You receive a superbill to seek out-of-network reimbursement.

  • To protect physician time and ensure fairness to all patients, we require that you reschedule your visit up to 24hrs before your appointment.

    A $150 non-refundable fee applies to cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment.

    • A full fee for service applies to late/no shows on day of your appointment. We keep your card on file to reserve time, late cancellations and no-shows.

  • Many notice early wins: better sleep, lighter bloating in two to four weeks. Complex conditions may take longer. We keep expectations clear.

  • No. We complement conventional care, sharing notes with your doctor when you approve.

  • Yes, when they match your goals and risk profile. We also provide non-hormonal strategies for those who prefer them.

  • Some herbs may, so we cross-reference every herb or supplement with your prescription list before adding it to your plan.

  • Cycle improvements often appear by the second month. Perimenopause symptoms usually ease within eight to twelve weeks of consistent care.

  • No. When bacterial infections hit, we use standard treatments. Herbs and nutrients support recovery and gut balance afterward.

  • Most supplements blend invisibly into yogurt or smoothies. We give creative recipe ideas at each visit.

  • Keeping eczema calm or sleep gains often appear within two to four weeks. Focus and gut improvements are usually shown by the second follow-up visit.

  • We do not administer childhood vaccines as we are not your primary pediatrician. We recommend that you discuss this with your primary pediatrician.

  • Absolutely. We coordinate with your prescriber. Many clients eventually taper.

  • We provide somatic and mindfulness coaching. For deeper psychotherapeutic work, we refer to trusted psychiatrists, psychologists, or counselors and collaborate on an aligned plan.

  • No. Formulas target balance, not extremes. We start low and titrate based on your feedback.

  • Bio-energy work honors all belief systems and requires none. Sessions focus on measurable physiology and personal intention.

  • Most clients notice warmth, tingling, or wave-like relaxation. Some fall asleep; that is okay, your nervous system keeps listening.

  • Yes. Energy alignment enhances talk therapy and may lower medication side-effect burden, never replacing professional psychiatric care.

  • Acute stress often shifts within 3 sessions. Chronic patterns may take longer.

  • We are board certified in pediatrics, neonatology and trained in integrative medicine. Our approah integrates conventional medical training with evidence informed lifestyle and sytems based interventions. We combine safety with root cause exploration.

  • Yes. When we do recommend labs, or imaging studies, we suggest that you coordinate these with your primary doctor as your Insurance may cover these costs.

  • No. Each visit focuses on one person for accuracy.

  • Yes. We collaborate with endocrinologists, gastroenterologists, and mental health specialists when deep testing or therapy will accelerate results.

  • No. We provide an independent evaluation and coordinate respectfully with your team. Our goal is collaboration, not competition.

  • Yes. My Native Doctor is licensed in IL, MD, NC, and CA. For families elsewhere, we offer guidance your local physician can co-sign.

  • Ear Acupuncture (Auricular Therapy) uses gentle stimulation of specific points on the outer ear to support nervous system regulation and symptom relief—commonly for stress, anxiety, sleep support, pain modulation, headaches- including migraines, cravings, and overall calming. It’s an adjunct to medical and lifestyle care (not a replacement for urgent or specialty treatment) and is individualized, trauma-informed, and often paired with breathwork, mindfulness, and integrative care planning.

  • Yes. However, this is seperate and NOT a doctor-patient relationship. In coaching sessions, we are your coach and you are our client.

    You as a client, need to understand that coaching is not medical care or psychotherapy and does not create a doctor-patient relationship. We do not diagnose, treat, prescribe, provide psychotherapy, manage medications, or interpret tests for treatment decisions during coaching sessions. You will seek appropriate care from a licensed clinician for medical or mental health needs.
