MND ChampionsSpecialized care beyond the NICU
Leaving the NICU is a major milestone — and often the start of a new set of questions. Is my baby growing appropriately? Why is feeding still difficult? Who is looking at the whole picture now that we're home?
MND Champions is our specialized follow-up program for premature and medically complex infants and children after NICU discharge. Led by a double board-certified pediatrician and neonatologist, it brings neonatal expertise into the next stage of your child's life — considering medical history, growth, nutrition, feeding, sleep, development, behavior, sensory needs, nervous-system regulation, and family environment.

My Native Doctor® is not a primary care practice. We do not provide routine well-child visits, routine sick visits, urgent care, emergency care, or immunizations. We provide consultative care and collaborate with each child's established pediatrician and specialists.

About the founderMeet Noredia Alile, MD, FAAP
Double board-certified pediatrician & neonatologist · Integrative medicine physician
Her years in neonatal intensive care taught her to notice subtle changes, respect physiology, and listen carefully when parents say something isn't right. Her work in integrative medicine brings that same clinical rigor to the whole child and the whole family.
Dr. Alile is completing fellowship training in integrative medicine through the Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine at the University of Arizona, expected January 2027, where she also teaches integrative neonatology.
Born prematurely at 28 weeks and weighing about two pounds, she understands that NICU graduates are not defined by how their stories began. That belief inspired MND Champions.

No. We are a consultative integrative pediatric and NICU graduate practice. Children must maintain an established relationship with a pediatrician or family physician for routine, preventive, and urgent care.

No. We do not administer vaccines. We support evidence-based routine childhood immunization and recommend obtaining vaccines through your child's primary care practice or another authorized provider. -
No. We focus on NICU graduate care and persistent, complex, or unresolved pediatric concerns. Routine physicals, preventive visits, and urgent or acute illness should be managed by your child's primary care clinician.

No. MND Champions provides an additional layer of neonatology-informed, integrative support. Children should continue attending all recommended hospital follow-up clinics and specialist appointments.

Yes. With appropriate permission, we communicate with your child's pediatrician, specialists, therapists, and other healthcare professionals when collaboration is useful.

My Native Doctor® is a cash-based integrative medicine practice. Fees are transparent and listed on the pricing page. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise stated.
